The aim of ICAEEdu 2019 is to provide a forum where academicians and professionals from various educational fields can share their knowledge and engage in dialogues on fostering innovation and excellence in Engineering Education.
The conference is open to research and practice-oriented papers in all aspects of Engineering Education, including transdisciplinary research and active methodologies.
Please submit your abstract and it will be reviewed by the editors of the International Conference of Alive Engineering Education (ICAEEdu) and independent reviewers.
The deadline is 31 March 2019 30 April 2019 (New Date) .
Please submit abstracts electronically to icaeedu.emc.ufg@gmail.com
Extended versions of all the selected abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the ICAEEdu 2019 in e-format.
Best works will be eligible for free publication as a full paper in the International Journal of Alive Engineering Education (IJAEEdu).
You are asked to follow the template when submitting an abstract for oral or poster presentation: the abstracts will not be proofread prior to printing so you are strongly advised to ensure there are no typing errors before submission.
If you cannot personally come to a conference, you can participate as a virtual presenter. So, you can provide a video with your presentation and your paper will be also published.
You are asked to follow the guidelines below when submitting an abstract for oral or poster presentation:
- A scientific committee and scientific advisors will review the abstracts and you will be notified whether you have been successful.
- Abstracts submitted, but not chosen for oral presentation can be listed as poster presentations.
- You will be advised of the duration, time, the day of your presentation and the dimensions of poster board.

Dates
Abstract submissions until 31 March 2019 30 April 2019 (New Date).
Acceptance notifications until 15 April 2019 15 May 2019 (New Date).
Extended version of the paper submissions (maximum three pages) to the proceedings until 30 April 2019 31 May 2019 (New Date).
Full paper submissions (minimum five pages and maximum thirty pages) to the journal until 31 May 2019 30 June 2019 (New Date).
Publication in the Proceedings of the International Conference on Alive Engineering Education (ICAEEdu 2019) until 15 June 2019 31 July 2019 (New Date).
Publication in the International Journal of Alive Engineering Education (IJAEEdu, volume 6, 2019) until 31 August 2019 (New Date).
